Who you are buying from

Saatvik Herbs is a sole proprietorship registered in India under Apurv Kadu, operating from Bari Holika Ground, Kelwa Bariwada, Near Old ZP School, Kelwa, Palghar, Maharashtra 401401.

“Saatvik Herbs”, “we” and “us” on this site all mean that business. It is the name that appears on your invoice.

When an order becomes an order

Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm it — in practice, when you get the confirmation page and the message that follows.

We may decline or cancel an order before it ships: if a batch has run out, if an address cannot be reached, or if something about the order looks like a mistake. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back.

Prices and what you pay

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the final price. Delivery is free, and nothing is added at checkout.

Saatvik Herbs is not registered for GST, so no tax is charged or added to these prices.

Paying online rather than by cash on delivery takes 10% off the order. The advertised price is the cash-on-delivery price, so the discount is a saving on it rather than the price itself.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

What our products are, and are not

Everything we sell is a traditional herbal preparation, made by hand in small batches by our family.

Our products are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing on this site is a claim to any licence, approval or certification.

Herbal preparations work differently for different people and results vary. We do not promise an outcome or a timeline, and we will not give you one if you ask — not out of caution, but because we do not know it.

If you are pregnant or nursing, managing a health condition, or taking prescribed medication, talk to a doctor before starting any herbal preparation. If a reaction occurs, stop and seek medical advice.

Using this website

The words, photographs and design on this site belong to Saatvik Herbs. You are welcome to share a link. Please do not copy the photographs or the text for another shop.

We try to keep everything on the site accurate and current. If something is wrong — a price, an ingredient, a delivery time — tell us and we will correct it rather than argue about it.

Where things stand legally

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Palghar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Where the two disagree, the law wins.
