Internal Formula · Dosage
Take 2 tablets, 2–3 times daily, preferably 60 minutes before meals. Complete the full 1-month course. Drink 8–10 glasses of water daily. Include plenty of natural fiber in your diet — fruits, vegetables, and whole grains — to support the healing process gently and naturally.
External Booster · Preparation
- Empty the booster powder into approximately 100 ml of coconut oil in a clean pan.
- Heat gently on low flame until a mild boil appears. Stir once or twice.
- Remove from heat. Allow to cool completely — do not rush.
- Transfer to a clean, dry container with a tight lid.
- Apply gently to the affected area twice daily — morning and night.
Dietary Guidance During Course
To support optimal healing, please avoid certain foods that may hinder your progress. Below are two categories of foods to minimize or exclude during the 1-month treatment period:
Foods with Thermogenic Effects
These foods increase internal heat and may aggravate the condition. Avoid: papaya, almonds and other dry fruits, mango, chicken, eggs, red meat, and other non-vegetarian foods. Fish may be tolerated in moderation, but it is better to avoid all during the course for best results.
Foods Harder to Digest
Heavy or difficult-to-digest foods place extra strain on your system. Avoid: potatoes, drumstick, foods made with maida (all-purpose flour), besan, and chickpeas. Opt instead for easily digestible foods like rice, moong dal, and steamed vegetables to support your healing journey.
