What it is
ArshHar is a one-month herbal care system for piles discomfort: 180 herbal tablets taken internally, paired with an external booster powder prepared in coconut oil for topical application. The formulation is a short one — lantana camara leaves and stems, and asafoetida. Traditionally used to help ease pain, burning, itching and swelling, and to support comfortable bowel movement alongside a fibre-rich diet.

- How long is a course, and how much do I take?
- One month. Two tablets, two to three times a day, ideally about thirty minutes before a meal. 180 tablets is exactly one month, and the booster pack is sized to last the same course — it is meant to be finished rather than sampled.
- What is the booster pack, and how do I prepare it?
- It is for external use. Empty the powder into roughly 100 ml of coconut oil, heat it gently until it just begins to bubble, let it cool completely, then keep it covered in a clean dry container and apply to the affected area twice daily.
- Is ArshHar a medicine?
- No. It is a traditional herbal preparation intended to support comfort during a course of care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace medical advice.
- Can I take it alongside prescribed medication?
- Ask your doctor first. The same applies if you are pregnant, nursing, or being treated for any condition. If symptoms are severe, persistent or getting worse, please see a doctor rather than continuing the course.
- Is there anything I should do alongside the course?
- Drink eight to ten glasses of water a day and keep natural fibre in your diet. The course is meant to sit alongside those, not to replace them — the diet does as much of the work as the tablets do.
